The Public Space serves as an interface for all users to upload or download data for public access. It consists of contents such as announcements or updated news as well as open data, which are managed by eIMBL web administrator.

The Cyber Lab offers research groups conducting same research subjects exclusive access to the research findings and data associated with their research topics.
A group member is authorized by eIMBL system administrator to maintain current research information and manage the membership through the administrative menu of each Cyber Lab.
Serving as a debate venue, the Lab also has functions such as schedule management, e-voting, and the management of shared research findings and data, which are permitted only to selected users according to the groups.
The limited access to the data is contingent upon the security level of each data in putting up the data. The security policy of data is classified as public data security and exclusive data security.
